Ryan graduated from LSU with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He is currently working as a Software Engineer. His pets include two chinchillas - Sula and Chu-chu. In his spare time he enjoys programming, reading, writing, playing video games, drawing, 3D art and animation.
Ryan and Adriann first met in biology class in high school. Video games was an easy conversation starter. With similar favorite authors and the love of writing quickly brought these two together as friends. Their friendship lasted almost three years when they decided to have a go at a relationship. Immediately after, they started college together. They shared the stress, dorm life, one-nighters, tailgating, and memorable roommates. In the summer entering their senior year of college, Adriann came home from her summer social psychology class. She had cleverly come up with a very geeky and romantic conversation. Having Ryan alone to herself, she geek talked to him about Sternberg's Triangle of Love and it's three components - Intimacy, Passion, and Commitment. Adriann felt that they had Consummate Love, containing all three forms, making them the "perfect couple." At this moment, having been together for 4 years, Ryan proposed, saying "I want you to be my wife." Shocked, having only expected only a great smile, a kiss, and an "I love you," it took a little bit to digest a proposal to say the least. They quickly decided to keep the engagement a secret until after college. In August 2007, at Adriann's College Graduation dinner, they announced their engagement shocking everyone and profusely saying that there will be no wedding date anytime soon. After moving from Louisiana to California, going through the dreaded journey of jobs after college, and celebrating their 7 years together, Ryan and Adriann are planning their wedding. As you can see, they have never rushed anything in their lives and they don't plan on rushing a life long marriage, instead they plan on enjoying every moment of it.
